Access is for Casafari clients, through their Casafari account manager. ### Which countries does AgentGraph AI cover? Germany today. Sales are read from listings that leave the market, sold or withdrawn, until closing prices are linked. Markets with closing prices follow. ### Where does the data come from? From Casafari's listing data: portals and agency websites, joined so that one home advertised on three portals counts once, with the different spellings of one agency joined into one. Figures cover the last eight quarters and are always compared with the brokers in the same area. ### How do I connect AgentGraph AI to Claude or ChatGPT? Casafari clients connect through Casafari's MCP gateway at https://mcp.casafari.com/ and sign in with their Casafari account. Other assistants add a custom connector with the server's /mcp address and sign in with a work email, Google, Microsoft or the organisation's access key. ### Does AgentGraph AI contact agents or export contact lists? No. It sends no messages and offers no bulk export of contacts. Each partner brief says how the agency or agent may lawfully be approached in Germany: no cold email. A broker who objects is removed from every client's results within a minute.
